Communications, such as messages, call details, reviews, survey responses, return explanations, and information submitted with a privacy request.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through the storefront, and from service providers such as Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and advertising partners.

How We Use Information

We do not make absolute promises that information is never shared. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money, but certain advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may request to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; obtain access or a portable copy; request deletion; request correction; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where the right applies. To submit a Do Not Sell or Share request, email Support@Nslgena.shop with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” call (410) 335-6471, use our available “Your Privacy Choices” page, or mail the request to 1796 E 10th St, Sioux Falls SD 57103, United States. Tell us enough to identify the browser, account, or customer record involved. You may also use a legally recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control.

Other Privacy Requests and Verification

Submit access, deletion, correction, portability, or other privacy requests through the same email, telephone number, or postal address. We may need to verify your identity using information reasonably related to the request. An authorized agent may submit a request when legally permitted, but we may request proof of authority and verification from the consumer.

Data Retention

We retain information only for periods reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including completing transactions, supporting customers, maintaining records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and satisfying tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
